One Step NGH (Gonorrhea) Tests

One Step Gonorrhea Test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of gonorrhea antigen, in the secretory specimen and urine from urogenital system, as an aid in the diagnosis of gonococcus infection. It is based on the principle of double sandwich immunoassay for the detection of gonorrhea antigen in the secretory specimen or urine.

  1. Highly sensitive and specific;
  2. Test kit is easy to operate and does not involve washing or comparison to standards;
  3. Results are read visually without any instrumentation;
  4. Test results are not affected by any medication that is being taken;
  5. Ideal for screening specimen samples containing at least 1 x 105 bacteria per ml.

One Step H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) Test

The H. pylori test is a rapid test for the qualitative detection of antibodies of all isotypes (IgG, IgM, IgA, etc) specific to Helicobacter pylori in human serum, plasma or whole blood. This test kit is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms.
The Helicobacter Pylori antigen in human fecal is new developed with highly sensitive..

  1. Easy to conduct;
  2. qualitative results are read without instrumentation;
  3. Sensitivity: 95.9%; Specificity: 89.6%
  4. Require no additional reagents.

One step HAV (IgG or IGM) Antibody Test

The hepatitis A virus specific immunoglobulin M or G (IgM or IgG) antibody is a specific serological marker for early diagnosis of hepatitis A. The dot immunogold combination assay (DIGFA), developed since 1989, is a new technique with the merit of simple and rapid immunological detection.

  1. Takes less than 10-20 minutes to be sure;
  2. Sensitivity: 99.0%; Specificity: 99.0%
  3. Qualitative results are read visually without any instrument.
