Urinalysis Reagent Strips provide tests for ascorbic acid, glucose, bilirubin, ketone, specific gravity, blood, pH, protein, urobilinogen, nitrite and leukocytes. Certain configurations of strips may also be read instrumentally, using the appropriate Urine Chemistry Analyzers. Test Results may provide information regarding the status of carbohydrate metabolism, Kinney and liver function, acid-base balance and bacteriuria.
